TexasHoldEm.com : Terms and Conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to all applicants over the legal age of 21, who complete registration on www.TexasHoldem.com. No purchase is necessary.
2. All registrations must be received by 12:00PM on June 15th, 2010 and contain the required information, to be considered a valid entry for the draw.
3. Registration of your email address will ensure automatic entry into the prize draw. Should your registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, your entry will be removed from the prize draw.
4. Only one entry per Visitor (determined by IP). We reserve the right to cancel registrations found to be fraudulent.
5. The prize draw will be made on June 17th, 2010 and the winner will be announced in the TexasHoldem.com email due to be broadcast on June 18th, 2010.
6. There is one prize to be won: One buy-in into the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event valued at $10,000. Plus luxury accomodations, travel expenses from the winner's home town to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, as well as a TexasHoldem.com Gift package. A total value of $25,000. Cash alternative is not available.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email on June 25th, 2010.
8. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
9. By entering the draw, each applicant agrees to participate in non paid publicity in the event of winning.
10. By entering the free prize draw, applicants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in any promotional material.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during the delivery to or from TexasHoldem.com due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
12. TexasHoldem.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend the free prize draw at any time without notice.
