What is TexasHoldEm.com?
TexasHoldEm.com is a place where you can play fair, legal, risk free online poker. TexasHoldEm.com was created for people like you to be able to enjoy the game we all love. Our site will be constantly evolving with new technologies so stay tuned.
Is it Legal?
Yes. It is 100% Legal. Our games are free to enter and do not involve gambling in any way. You are never putting your money at risk. For further information refer to the Legal Section of our website.
How do I Signup?
Follow the Create Account links at Texasholdem.com. Before you can play you must register to create an account. You will receive an account activation link via email. You must follow this link to confirm your identity and complete your account setup.
How does the VIP Membership work?
You can take advantage of the free poker club for as long as you want. When you are ready for easier access to the larger tournaments you can sign up for a VIP membership. You will be required to provide a credit card, and you will be charged $29.95. If you are enjoying our poker tournaments, you do not have to do anything and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a VIP member at $29.95 per month. What is a single-table tournament (Sit N Go)?
Single Table tournaments can have a range of 2–9 players at a table. In single table tournaments, all players begin with an equal number of chips. Players compete for each other’s chips as blinds and betting structures increase incrementally. Players are knocked out of the tournament as their opponents win their chips. The eventual winner is the last player left at the table with all the chips.
What is a multi-table tournament (Multi Table)?
In a Multi-Table tournament, there can be multiple tables of players to a maximum of 9 players per table. Each player starts with an equal number of chips. Players at multiple tables compete for each other’s chips as the blinds and betting structures increase incrementally. Players are knocked out of the tournament as their opponents win their chips while remaining players are re-assigned seats at other tables as the total number of tables decreases. This continues until the last surviving players with chips are at a final table. The eventual winner is the last player left at the table with all the chips.
What can I win?

What are Play Credits?
• Play Credits are a form of currency at the Tables.
• 2500 Play Credits are given to all Free Accounts on signup.
• All players are “topped off” with 1000 or 10,000 (VIP) Tournament
• Play credits will be automatically “topped off” once per day.
• Play Credits cannot be reloaded or requested.
• Play Credits can be used as entry in to Poker Tables, Sit N Go’s and Tournaments
• Play Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
What are Tournament Points?
• Tournament Points (TP) allow you to enter and play in Club Tournaments.
• Each night, if your account is below 100 (1000 for VIP) Tournament Points, your account will automatically be reset back to 100 (1000 for VIP).
• All players start with 100/1000 Tournament Points in their account
• Tournament Points are topped off/or added to at 12:01 AM Eastern Time
• Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable
• Points cannot be reloaded or requested
• Used only as entry for certain tournaments
• Points may be awarded as prizes of certain tournaments or promotions.
How do the tournaments work?
VIP Members can play in both single-table and multi-table tournaments. At the beginning of each tournament, every player starts with the same number of chips, and the tournament continues until one player has accumulated all of the chips. Some tournaments have cash prizes , in which the top performing players win cash prizes, while others are satellite tournaments, in which the top performing players win seats to larger prize pool tournaments. There are also tournaments which offer merchandise prizes. These prizes have no cash value and are not transferable.
How do I claim my prize?
In order to claim and receive your prize, winners are required to provide the information listed below.
Eligibility consists of Proof of Identity, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Age. All three of these requirements must be verified in order to claim your prize. The following forms of identification are acceptable:
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Valid US Passport
• Valid US State Identification Card
• Valid US Military ID
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License
• Valid Canadian Province Identification Card
• Valid Foreign Passport
